The Hawaii Supreme Court entered an opinion that reverses the jury verdict and ordered the Circuit Court in Kona to acquit my client.

This shows the importance of the appeals process in the criminal justice system.  And, it highlights how important it is for criminally accused person's to be represented by an attorney that is experienced in both the trial phase and appeals.
