R. HERMANN HEIMGARTNER

R. Hermann Heimgartner has been litigating criminal defense and family law cases for 18 years.

He has litigated divorce cases from start to trial, including multi-day divorce trials involving custody disputes, business valuations, and spousal support.  He has also successfully resolved divorces and custody disputes in mediation.

Mr. Heimgartner has represented clients in all aspects of the criminal defenses process, from pre-trial investigation, arraignment, jury trials, and appeals.  Not only does Mr. Heimgartner have a vigorous State defense practice, he also represents numerous clients in the United States Federal District of Hawaii.  Mr. Heimgartner is on the prestigious CJA panel for the District of Hawaii.

Some noteable achievements include:

• Argued and won an appellate case in front of the Supreme Court of Hawaii
• Completed a three week Federal white collar jury trial against the United States of America
• Achieved a successful outcome after a 6-day divorce trial
